Charlotte, NC . This role involves installing, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machinery and mechanical systems. If you’re a hands-on professional with experience in an industrial setting, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Install and align pumps, motors, conveyors, and mechanical equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery Use precision tools to ensure proper alignment and fit Work safely in active plant and industrial environments Collaborate with crew members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule Requirements: 2+ years of mechanical millwright experience in an industrial setting Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with rigging, lifting, and moving heavy equipment Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform accurate measurements Must have own basic tools and PPE Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Must have an OSHA 10 or higher certificate Must be open for pre-employment drug testing Benefits: Competitive pay:
