Skillforce is hiring Journeyman and Helper Mechanical Installers for ongoing commercial construction projects at Camp Lejeune, NC. We are seeking individuals with experience in sheet metal installation, HVAC systems, and
plumbing/mechanical
piping. Pay for this role is $29/hr-$36/hr depending upon experience and certification, per diem is available to those that qualify. Due to the location of this project all candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and background check, no exceptions.

Hours:
Full-time, 40+ hours per week
Duration:
Long-term opportunity with potential for additional projects
Responsibilities: Install, assemble, and support commercial HVAC ductwork, plumbing systems, and mechanical piping
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Work safely and efficiently alongside other trades
Assist with layout, fabrication, and installation as directed
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following trades: sheet metal, HVAC, or
plumbing/mechanical
installation
Ability to work on a military base (background check required)
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Safety-first mindset and strong work ethic
