Events Assistant Location:
Charlotte, NC Salary:
$30 – $33 per hour Schedule:

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of various events. As an Events Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of event planning and coordination, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Support the Events Manager in managing timelines, budgets, and logistics for events. Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure all event needs are met. Help with the selection and coordination of venues, catering services, and audiovisual equipment. Create and maintain event-related documentation such as checklists, timelines, and budgets. Assist in the marketing and promotion of events through social media and other channels. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
