Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization with expertise in multi-axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, military and industrial industries. You will use paint application techniques and equipment to professionally finish machined surfaces. Get ready to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, high-energy manufacturing environment where every part you create makes a difference! JOB QUALIFICATIONS Identifies and orders appropriate paint and materials needed to perform work. Prepares surfaces to be painted, which may include removing prior finishes through chemicals, grit blast, or other methods. Masks, removes, covers, or otherwise protects other nonpainted surfaces. Applies paint to surfaces using automotive style equipment as well as brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other tools. Comply with chemical and waste disposal / storage regulations using best practices. Prepare detailed production routers and other paperwork listing labor, material, time costs. Inspect parts per customer specifications to ensure quality and uniform completion. Identifies & resolves any workplace challenges and alerts supervisor of issues. Keep work area organized and clean with a daily cadence. Other duties as assigned. -Project completion will require extended shift hours if needed. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. There will be long periods of standing. Must follow company established safety procedures and minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8. Last, but not least, for ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident. Get started with our team!
