Entry Level Machine Operator – Huntersville, NC
Pay: $17/hr.-$25/hr. DOE, shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts
Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Job Summary:
We are looking for Entry Level Machine Operators with experience operating textile machinery or working with mixing and processing equipment to support production efforts in a manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC. As an Entry Level Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, starting up, operating, and monitoring and maintaining machines to ensure materials are processed efficiently meeting all specifications and quality standards. Candidates must have previous experience, preferably in textile manufacturing, and can show 3 consecutive years of experience at the same employer, demonstrating stability and long-term contribution.
This position offers the chance to work with advanced textile technology while contributing to the creation of high-performance materials used in a variety of industries.
Key Requirements: Prior experience in textile manufacturing or in chemical or industrial manufacturing.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50lbs.
Comfortable working in a warm or loud environment and/or around fumes and strong odors.
Attention to detail, process adherence, and quality control.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Team-oriented with solid work ethics and communication skills.
Available Shifts: 1st, Monday-Friday (6am-2pm)
2nd, Monday-Friday (2pm-10pm)
3rd, Sunday-Thursday (10pm-6am)
Pay: $17/hr. - $25/hr. DOE
$0.50/hr. shift differential on 2nd shift
$1/hr. shift differential on 3rd shift
