What You’ll Do:
- Compete in a fast‑paced market‑making environment.
- Contribute timely feedback and improve market strategy over time.
- Communicate regularly and problem‑solve matters as they arise.
- React calmly and confidently while electronic trading under pressure.
- Rotate through trading desks and strategies, rapidly absorbing new concepts.
- Maintain integrity at all times, abiding by all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated interest in trading and financial markets.
- Excellent math aptitude, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Desire to work in a team setting but can also work independently.
- Knowledge of Python, C#, and/or SQL, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Self‑motivated, self‑starter, adaptable.
- Demonstrated ability to use good judgement.
- Capable of maintaining focus with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work on a competitive team and adapt to changing situations with ease.
- No prior industry experience required but is a plus.
- All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation
The total base range for this role is approximately $50,000 - $115,000 contingent on experience. Wolverine Trading’s total compensation model includes base salary and an annual discretionary bonus.
