What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience, or advanced degree with equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's in statistics preferred
- Experience in analyzing consumer spend data, particularly card transactions
- Knowledge of consumer spend methodologies including card, POS and panel data. Background with digital advertising use cases preferred
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract relevant statistics to make data‑driven decisions and communicate recommendations with relevant facts
- Proficient with AWS, SQL; Python. Other coding language experience preferred but not required
Impact You'll Make:
This role will act as a key Consultant Analyst of the commerce data analytics team and is responsible for supporting expanded use of commerce data in Marketing Solutions products through data analysis and management. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing solutions product and engineering teams to bring the value of commerce data to our media and measurement solutions. The Consultant Analyst will have the opportunity to partner across the organization to develop new methodologies to integrate commerce data support existing and new products by maintaining an expansive database of card transactions, building customized reporting and continuously working with team to improve coverage and quality.
Hybrid position: regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in‑person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own build analytics and reports off commerce data assets that support current media and measurement products under manager direction
- Partner with product and data science to develop new methodologies to integrate commerce data to enhance existing products and develop new solutions
- Advocate and expand the use of commerce data by articulating impactful analysis that shows the value of data in enhancing accuracy of Marketing Solutions products
- Organize workload for a small team and prioritize efforts
- Effectively communicate project status and key analytic summaries to leadership manager
- Use data analytics to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues
- Perform evaluations of new data assets at direction of management that support short‑term roadmap and strategic plan for Marketing Solutions
- Meet assigned deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, or advanced degree with equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's in statistics preferred
- Experience in consumer spend data analysis, especially card transactions
- Knowledge of card, POS, and panel data methodologies; digital advertising experience a plus
- Strong analytical and statistical skills; data‑driven decision making
- Proficient in AWS, SQL, Python; additional programming languages a plus

Pay Scale Information:
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $51,700.00 – $75,000.00 annually.
