Position details

  • Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 2nd or 3rd Shift, 4pm or 9pm start time
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
  • Salary: $64,681 - $80,852 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities

  • The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse.
  • Ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
  • Staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members.
  • Oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized.
  • Allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controls.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

  • Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
