Receptionist / Office Clerk (Part-Time)
Location: Pasadena, CA
Schedule: Part-Time (Approx. 20-25 hours per week)
Pay: $20-$24/hour (DOE)
About the Role: We\'re looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist / Office Clerk to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in an office environment, interacting with people, and keeping things organized.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and internal correspondence
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and support general office coordination
- Provide basic administrative support to different departments as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Professional, dependable, and personable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
