Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to source, hire, and onboard compassionate Care Home staff, including Direct Support Professionals, for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Mental Illness, Autism, and other behavioral needs.

Position Summary

This role is central to sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified care staff to support individuals with challenging behaviors and high‑acuity needs. The Recruiter will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment for Direct Support Professionals and other roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to implement strategic hiring initiatives aligned with company growth goals.
• Develop sourcing strategies across platforms and maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and other regulatory guidelines.

Education and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ATS platforms.
• Experience with employment law and behavioral‑based interviewing techniques preferred.
