Overview
JOB SUMMARY FOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST: Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. A degree is preferred but not required. Comparable roles include Sourcing Specialist, Sr Recruiter, Sourcing Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner/Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing processes for assigned scope (business unit/country/location and/or function) and partner with hiring managers to understand needs, review/create requisitions, and discuss sourcing strategies.
- Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and required skills.
- Manage candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies and program-manage recruitment campaigns as needed.
- Ensure quality of candidates presented to hiring managers for open requisitions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Shared Service Teams and recruitment channel partners (agencies).
- Maintain compliance with local recruitment policies and processes.
- Track candidate progress and minimize time-to-hire through proactive pipeline management.
- Utilize Taleo and ensure accurate data management of recruitment applications.
- Provide recruiting status updates to Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership, including performance vs. targets and sourcing challenges.
- Collaborate across regions to share knowledge and provide backup recruiting support as needed.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 8 years in Talent Acquisition (internship experience not accepted).
- College or university degree preferred but not required.
