The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the hospital\u2019s executive leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the efficient execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to hospital leadership; manage complex calendars; coordinate meetings and travel; prepare correspondence and reports; arrange internal and external communications; assist with special projects and initiatives; prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

• Two (2) years college and/or business school or equivalent educ/experience.
• 5 years - Administrative or Executive Secretary level position or equivalent education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor\u2019s Degree.

Additional Information

The base pay range listed is $31.43 - $48.08 hourly; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
