Commercial Property Accounting Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Property Accounting Manager to become a vital part of our client's esteemed real estate firm in the Broward area. Salary Range

Base pay: $95,000.00/yr – $105,000.00/yr (provided by Sanford Barrows Group)

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, expertly managing full-cycle accounting and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliation.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements for your properties, delivering critical insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Foster collaboration across various departments, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness that resonate throughout the entire organization.
• Demonstrate your independence and initiative by excelling in a role that requires minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate accounting, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry.
• Proven background in commercial real estate, with hands‑on experience using Yardi software.
• Strong proficiency in full-cycle property accounting, backed by a solid track record of accuracy and reliability.
• A personable, dependable team player who thrives in a vibrant, collaborative workplace culture.
