What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations—from accounts payable/receivable to general ledger mastery.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements with a forward-thinking perspective.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
• Partner with leadership to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Guide and develop the accounting team as a supportive, empowering leader.

Requirements

• Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting/financial management, with leadership experience.
• Skills: Tech-savvy, experience with accounting software (Sage Intacct is a plus), strong attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex financial data.
