What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will manage front‑of‑house/service teams, support the assistant manager roles and duties, and work as a member of the restaurant management (AM) team. You will be responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of restaurant management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality food and service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑centric environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming workplace.
