We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide in-person and remote support to taxpayers at our Tucson office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle a wide range of inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to taxpayers, including filing assistance, education, and resolving refund or billing issues.
  • Research and complete necessary adjustments to resolve account discrepancies across multiple tax types.
  • Assist customers through various channels including Live Chat, walk-in interactions, phone calls, correspondence, and email .
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and courteous communication in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with multiple communication platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local candidates only – must be available for in-person interviews and able to start within two weeks of offer.
