is seeking a
Executive Assistant
who will make a full contribution and support for the success of the Administrative, Marketing/Promotion, and contracts departments.
In addition, this role will provide direct support to the
SVP of National Christian Ministry Programming , ensuring smooth coordination of ministry-related projects and initiatives. Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to the SVP of National Christian Ministry Programming Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and ministry programming materials as requested Administer, review, and maintain client partner contracts to ensure compliance and deadlines. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to track contract status, negotiate terms, and facilitate timely execution and renewals. Assist with weekly corporate revenue reporting, monthly and quarterly closings Work directly with the General Manager, Staff Accountant, and other Corporate Officers on Variance Reports, Annual Budgets, and Corporate Reporting and Audits as required Serve as a liaison between the Director, internal departments, ministry partners, and external stakeholders Support coordination of ministry programming initiatives, events, and special projects Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Anticipate the needs of the Director and proactively provide solutions to support their effectiveness Qualifications:
Highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with budgeting and reporting Familiarity with custom software for contracts administration Excellent communication and people skills; professional presence when dealing with staff, ministry partners, and external contacts Team player willing to collaborate with other departments to create a positive and productive work environment Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a media/ministry environment is preferred Ability to learn quickly Benefits:
