Overview

Administrative Assistant role at International Line Builders Inc. Responsibilities include daily clerical and administrative support for the inside/outside Civil Construction department.

Responsibilities

• Answer field calls from Superintendents.
• Update Excel spreadsheets and Access worksheets daily.
• Log and process new work orders for SCE.
• Maintain project master worksheet and other electronic files for Civil customers.
• Gather and review all necessary back up documentation for completed projects.
• Follow up with field Superintendent/Project Coordinator on billing for projects that have been completed, but not fully billed.
• Prepare and submit billing to Civil customers through assigned website.
• Oversee and/or process day-to-day administrative items (i.e., expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, operating budgets, etc.) per supervisor’s authorization.
• Submit daily crew lists to SCE.
• Process monthly and quarterly accruals.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of general office procedures at a level normally acquired through one year experience in an office setting; and
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Adobe PDF

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage range: $20 - $30/hour
