The newly hired

BC/BE full-time

Pediatric

Physiatrist we seek will join three other full-time

Pediatric

Physiatrists in the region, and 7

Adult

PM& R physicians at the

Santa

Clara facility.

Regionally, there are about 100

PM& R physicians and dozens of pediatric subspecialists to collaborate with.

Active inpatient consultations are for the

PICU, pediatric ward, and

NICU.

Opportunity for research can be pursued through the

Kaiser

Permanente

Division of

Research.

Commonly treated conditions include cerebral palsy,

TBI,

SCI, stroke, developmental delay, gait impairment, limb deficiency and amputation, neuromuscular, spina bifida, neuro-oncology, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

We also have multiple multidisciplinary clinics such as neuromuscular clinic locally, as well as spina bifida, spasticity, skeletal dysplasia, neurofibromatosis, and neuro-oncology clinics regionally.

California

Children's

Services medical therapy units at school-based sites allow us to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nursing, and social workers in the child's medical home setting and follow them longitudinally through young adulthood.

Full-time annual salary range is $300,719 to $310,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $16,190*.

Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
