Overview
SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for managing, leading, and directing all aspects of finished fuel logistics, distribution, and inventory operations across the organization’s network. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant product movement from production facilities to customers, terminals, and downstream partners while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and reliability. RESPONSIBILITIES:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion. Manage, lead, and direct the finished fuel supply chain team, including logistics operations, customer service, supply optimization, and terminal coordination functions. Oversee finished fuel distribution, scheduling, and inventory management activities across multiple facilities and markets. Direct implementation of strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. Oversee the management of relationships with carriers, terminals, third-party logistics providers, and other partners to ensure reliable, cost-effective service. Monitor key performance metrics, including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and service quality. Direct implementation of supply chain technology, analytics, and automation tools to enhance visibility and decision-making. Support organizational growth, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives. Requirements

Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, or direct multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic operational environment. Knowledge of finished fuel logistics, inventory planning, and distribution operations. Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for fuel handling and transportation. Strong organizational management, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities. Work environment is primarily office-based with no noise hazards. Normal Work Schedule
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE:
