Position Summary
Ross-Simons, a division of Luxury Brand Holdings and America’s Favorite Jeweler, is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Analyst
to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, with a focus on inventory management, logistics, vendor compliance, and our growing drop ship program. This in-person role blends supply chain analytics with operational and vendor management responsibilities, ensuring accurate inventory flow, compliance, and high performance across e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels.
Responsibilities Supply Chain & Logistics Analysis
Review UPS and USPS billing data for outliers, discrepancies, and cost inefficiencies
Conduct freight analysis and identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities
Provide documentation and shipment information to UPS for customs clearance on import shipments
Maintain dashboards and KPIs to track supply chain performance, including fill rates, lead times, and stockouts
Vendor & Fulfillment Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely procurement and fulfillment of goods
Monitor and manage vendor compliance with shipping policies, including proper use of company shipping account
Track and follow up on UPS/USPS refund issues and claims; collate and submit documentation as needed
Drop Ship Program Support
Onboard new drop ship vendors including sending welcome materials, setting up intro calls, explaining fulfillment processes, sharing system documentation, and updating vendor account records
Inventory Feed Management: Monitor vendor inventory feeds daily for accuracy. Follow up with vendors for updates and ensure real-time inventory visibility across platforms
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate drop ship workflows and systems for efficiency opportunities and enhancements. Recommend and implement improvements in tools and procedures
Miscellaneous Vendor Support: Handle seasonal holiday cutoff coordination, vendor gift box orders, catalog product recommendations, and respond to vendor inquiries and ad hoc requests
Procurement
Manage procurement of shipping, packaging, and packing materials to ensure consistent supply and cost efficiency across the supply chain
Analyze vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize pricing, lead times, and service levels for packaging-related materials
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand for shipping and packing supplies to support uninterrupted logistics operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Merchandising, or a relevant field
2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, demand planning, or drop ship program support (e-commerce/DTC preferred)
Strong Excel skills and MS Office tools required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
Problem-solving mindset and a drive to continuously improve processes and vendor performance
