Technology Support Lead – South Region – Office of Administration. This position will lead the Turnpike Technology Support team and be responsible for installation, support, and maintenance of enterprise technology equipment in Boca Raton, FL; Pompano Beach, FL; and remote locations in southern Florida. Office of Administration Annual Salary Range

$63,682.26 - $74,920.30 Your Specific Responsibilities

Leads the Turnpike Technology Support team and is responsible for installation, support, and maintenance of enterprise technology equipment in Boca Raton, FL; Pompano Beach, FL; and remote locations in southern Florida. Supervises, recruits, mentors, and leads a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Coordinates activities involving responding, addressing, resolving, and escalation of reported technology service or usability issues in the responsible region. Collaborates with regional leadership and district staff to ensure technology needs are met and users receive a consistent support experience. Assists Technology Support Manager in developing a quarterly technology assessment report identifying TP-OIT response time intervals, operational availability and service resource priorities; confers with supervisors to implement plans for timely processing and completion of responsibilities; ensures adherence to FDOT-approved Service Level Agreements. Ensures support and technical documentation originating in the OIT Department is up to date and accessible; publishes documentation in a common shared area and maintains documentation continually. Reviews requests and collaborates with OIT Operations to procure Information Technology resources; advises Turnpike team members on solutions and changes and ensures compliance with FDOT procedures. Serves as a member of the Department's Workstation Support Team (WSST) and other service-oriented groups, attending mandated meetings and teleconferences; participates in technology research, evaluation, deployment and development of industry projects. Other Job-Related Requirements

Overnight and regular travel within St Lucie, Palm Beach, Broward, and surrounding counties is required. The incumbent must be available during off-duty hours. Benefits and Special Considerations
