The Role We are looking for someone highly motivated, detail oriented, creative, and organized to join our team. Someone who loves to brainstorm, collaborate, and source the perfect items for our restaurants. Someone who is confident in making design decisions while also managing the procurement process from start to finish. Thriving in an entrepreneurial and team environment is a must.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with outside architecture and design consultants on design intent
Specify FFE items and coordinate outside designer’s specifications
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
Confirm spec books against budget and timeline
Verify quantities and layouts for accuracy against FRC standards
Work directly with Sam Fox and the design team on specifying alternates when necessary
Place orders with vendors
Send all necessary details to custom manufacturers for banquettes, roll downs, sun shades, and any other custom items
Work directly with construction to ensure there is no gap in GC provided and Owner provided items
Manage receiving and install of all FFE items
Coordinate with the warehouse to have all deliveries checked for accuracy and damage
Build and maintain budgets throughout the course of the project
Track and submit invoices
Create spec books for all FRC designed locations
Travel for site visits and installs as needed
Purchase any necessary accessories
Follow up with Operations on any issues post install
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed based on project requirements
Ability to work against tight deadlines
Highly organized and disciplined, with excellent attention to detail and ability to see tasks to completion
