$57.69/hr - $75.77/hr
Position Highlights
Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - General Surgery
Inpatient and Operating Room Responsibilities
Location: NCH Hospital, 800 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights IL 60005
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday - Friday between 12:00pm and 8:30pm
No weekends, no call, no holidays
What You Will Need
License: Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
Experience: Prior PA experience preferred
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
