Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the installation of EV charging stations and solar canopy systems. This role involves supervising electrical crews, coordinating with civil subcontractors, ensuring code compliance, and managing project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy infrastructure and be comfortable with frequent travel. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical installations for EV charging and solar canopy systems Coordinate with civil subcontractors to align electrical work with structural components Interpret and integrate electrical and civil blueprints with site plans Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other safety and electrical standards Conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions Collaborate with engineers, utility companies, and local authorities Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and inventory Manage project schedules and ensure timely, on-budget completion Travel up to 75% to various project sites Qualifications
5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, preferably in EV infrastructure or renewable energy Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician EVITP Certification An OSHA 30 certification or the ability to obtain one Proven experience with:
EV charger deployment Solar panel and canopy installations Battery storage systems
Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities Skills & Competencies
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills High attention to detail and safety Ability to work independently and collaboratively in field environments Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or stairs Comfortable working at heights, including on rooftops and elevated platforms Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Visual acuity to read schematics, labels, and perform detailed inspections Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and harnesses Ability to travel frequently, including driving long distances and flying to remote job sites Willingness to stay out of town for extended periods (up to several weeks at a time) depending on project needs Physical and mental stamina to work long shifts, sometimes in isolated or rugged environments Benefits

The role involves working outdoors and potentially on elevated structures. The technician may be exposed to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and wind Additional Information
Criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, MVR and DOT physical are required This position requires travel to different job sites. Overnight stays may be necessary depending on the project location Overtime and weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
