We are seeking an experienced Counselor with a strong background in substance use disorder (SUD), behavioral health, and community resource navigation. The ideal candidate will not only provide counseling but also serve as a bridge to vital resources such as housing, job training, employment opportunities, and government programs. This role requires someone who is proactive, compassionate, and skilled at building connections to support clients’ recovery and overall well-being. Responsibilities
Provide counseling and case management support for clients in PHP/IOP programs Connect clients with housing, employment, vocational training, and government resources Assist clients in navigating medical and behavioral health resources Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with CCAPP and program guidelines Collaborate with the clinical team to support individualized treatment plans Serve as a positive role model and mentor for clients working toward stability and recovery Support outreach and resource-building within the local community Qualifications
CADC certification (CADC-I or CADC-II) preferred; other behavioral health certifications considered Experience working with co-occurring disorders and recovery-oriented programs Strong knowledge of community resources, housing, employment, and government programs Background in community outreach and client advocacy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $68k-$75k salary Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Location: Los Angeles, CA Benefits
