Role Overview We’re seeking a career-oriented Financial or Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you’ll partner across departments to drive financial performance, enhance forecasting processes, and support strategic initiatives. You’ll develop financial models, analyze operating data, enhance knowledge assets, and bring data to life that provides actionable insights that influence decision-making and profitability. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain long-range financial models with business partners and executives Interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations Create Pro forma fiscal reporting for state regulators and similar groups Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and meetings Drive process innovation via automated reporting, dashboards, and advanced tools Demonstrate sound judgment and discipline to the highest standards of integrity in all financial practices This position is based in our Sarasota, FL home office and is eligible for a hybrid schedule of (3) days in the office and (2) days from home per week. Experience
Required
* Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related degree (relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education). * Two to five years of experience in financial analysis, planning, reporting, or related areas * Experience working with ERP and budgeting/forecasting systems (i.e. Cognos TM1, PAW) * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in financial modeling and reporting * Familiarity with journal entries and financial systems, (e.g. PeopleSoft) * Strong Excel skills and proficiency in PDF and all MS Office tools * Ability to analyze financial data and solve fiscal issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Desire to learn, adapt, and take ownership of work Preferred
