As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist with operational support and administrative tasks for the Overhead Department. The salary range is $46,000.00 – $60,000.00.

Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the Project Managers and Estimators to ensure efficient day to day operations and strong communication skills Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, emailing, copying, printing, binding, scanning, etc. Keep all calendars up to date for Project Managers and Estimators Research and compile background material for meetings, develop agendas, and schedules Plan, organize, coordinate and oversee daily office activities Compose letters, memos and reports Receive, process and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, restaurants and reservations Provide information in line with Riggs policies ensuring a high level of compliance, discretion, and security of information Education, Skills, Experience Needed: High School Diploma or GED required 1+ years of Administrative experience performing administration, data entry, report writing, etc. High attention to detail; ability to plan, organize, prioritize and complete work on-time and accurately; strong basic math skills, data entry, and advanced problem-solving skills; highly process-oriented; ability to move from project to project Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Advanced verbal and written communication skills This job description is subject to change at any time.
