Accounting Clerk position in Carlsbad, CA We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our client’s accounting team in Carlsbad, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in accounting who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Location: Fully onsite in Carlsbad, CASchedule: Monday–FridayPay Rate: $24.00/hourJob Type: Direct HireKey Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support invoice tracking and payment processing
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with audits and compliance documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
