Accounting Clerk – Pasadena, CA
Duration: Temporary to Hire
Compensation: $20.00-$24.00 Hourly
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a busy finance team? A growing organization in Pasadena is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and review all incoming invoices using AI, ensuring accuracy and proper job or purchase order information.
Identify and correct errors in document imports, collaborating with Accounts Payable Specialists to resolve missing data.
Sort and distribute daily mail efficiently.
Remove non-invoice documents from the system as needed.
Support the team with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of accounts payable or related experience.
Familiarity with document imaging systems and scanning equipment preferred.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with strong data entry skills (10-key by touch, 7000+ keystrokes preferred).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
