We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager – Architecture
to lead the delivery of high-profile projects across commercial, senior living, hospitality, multi-family residential, and mixed-use sectors. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring deep expertise in codes, construction methods, detailing, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a
licensed architect with NCARB certification , proven technical ability, and strong leadership skills to mentor teams and ensure design excellence. Responsibilities
Lead and manage production teams in the creation of
permit and construction documentation . Oversee project workflows, coordinating across internal teams and external consultants. Implement rigorous
QA/QC processes
to maintain technical and design standards. Manage multiple medium-to-large projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and deliverables are met. Provide authoritative technical guidance during design, documentation, and construction administration. Collaborate with firm Principals and support cross-functional departments including Marketing, Accounting, and Quality Assurance. Mentor project managers and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth. Execute all phases of the architectural process from programming through construction administration. Monitor labor, billing, collections, and project profitability using project management tools. Conduct field visits, review submittals, respond to RFIs, and provide technical oversight throughout construction. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Architecture
from an accredited program. 15+ years of experience
in architectural practice, including at least
2 years as a Project Manager . Licensed Architect with NCARB certification . Strong technical expertise in
construction documentation standards, detailing, and constructability . Proficiency in
Revit ; experience with
Smartsheet
and Microsoft Office. Proven ability to lead all phases of architectural design and construction. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Why Join Us?
