Overview
Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Delivery Lead, Enterprise Leading Performance, Asset Retirement & ENGINE through October 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Central Time). This position leads performance delivery across Asset Retirement and ENGINE by translating benchmarking insights and targets into actionable initiatives, maturing business cases, and driving execution. As right-hand to these leaders on Performance Delivery, you will partner closely with teams executing, driving and challenging timelines/pace, decisions, and ensuring prioritization & resourcing actions are occurring at pace, with barriers being removed. This high-profile, high-visibility role is central to Chevron’s enterprise strategy. The Delivery Lead will drive bottom-line value from high-impact initiatives and accelerate value realization.
Responsibilities
Acts as a strategic integrator and execution partner to senior leaders.
Ensure enterprise priorities are clear and aligned across segments.
Partners with delivery workstream leads to challenge pace, decisions, and resource alignment.
Removes barriers and drives urgency in execution.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 10 years in industry
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial performance levers.
Execution Strength: Ability to cut through complexity, challenge assumptions and drive results
Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong trusting relationships across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Direct experience with front line execution in Oil & Gas
Experience: Prior experience in working with Asset Retirement and Global Capability Centers
