Overview
The Manager I - Technology Product Manager - leads a dynamic product engineering team composed of agile practitioners, analysts, engineers, and developers who support the Security and Investment Services portfolios. The Technology Product Manager is accountable for the team's performance and delivery outcomes, ensuring alignment with broader organizational and portfolio objectives. The Technology Product Manager serves as a strategic partner to portfolio and product stakeholders, shaping and refining both business and technology strategies. You oversee budget planning and resource allocation, while managing the full lifecycle of product delivery and operational support across complex technical environments. Decisions are guided by a deep understanding of enterprise goals, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence within the team. Responsibilities
Drive vision and strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle Responsible for driving successful delivery of products Responsible for creating strong working relationships and influence across leadership, product management, engineering, and other functional groups to execute product strategy Align technical product teams with technical and business product leadership to meet product execution goals Oversee coordination across product teams, horizontal delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure roadmaps, interdependencies, and priorities are synchronized through portfolio orchestration Engage customers to develop/refine portfolio strategy, influence customer and industry direction, and execute strategy Ensure product line performance and identify market trends and opportunities Lead and articulate the metrics, dependencies, and risks of multiple concurrent projects for technical and nontechnical stakeholders Drive demand workflow towards intake & completion from ideas to delivery execution Enable stakeholder management that drives transparency across all teams Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff 3-5 years of experience in attracting, recruiting, and retaining engineering talent 3-5 years of experience in resource allocation and management 3-5 years of experience in product financial management including budget forecasting and management 3-5 years of experience in developing employee performance objectives and conducting performance reviews Knowledge and experience in cloud hosting technologies (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) Strong communications skills and demonstrated experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of experience in agile software delivery methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) 3-5 years of leading IT projects, stakeholder management, technology strategy, collaborating with business partners on key initiatives, reporting project status and risk to senior leadership 2-3 years technical product management experience Demonstrated experience with managing and executing product roadmaps Hours:
