AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue and pipeline-focused marketing team that encompasses demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR / AR, brand, customer marketing, website, content marketing, and events. At our core, we’re here to support AlphaSense’s growth, which we do by contributing to pipeline and revenue; developing a brand that’s widely known to the markets we serve; and encouraging user engagement both within our product and with our brand. About the Role
AlphaSense is seeking a world-class VP of Marketing Operations, responsible for the scaling of the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our marketing engine. You will own our end to end marketing workflows and tech stack innovation, with a particular focus on integrating Digital & AI-driven tools and processes that elevate how we generate demand & engage prospects. What You’ll Do
Operational Strategy & Leadership Own the change management of transitioning legacy infrastructure into best-in-class digital & AI-forward frameworks. Lead and scale the marketing operations function to support our new business revenue growth targets and global expansion. Provide strategic insights and operational planning in the expansion of our customer marketing motions. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless revenue operations alignment and driving cross-functional accountability. Drive the adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools to modernize workflows, automate manual tasks, and increase personalization. Build and uplift the execution of an abundance of cross-channel, multi-touch marketing programs designed to drive mass-scale awareness, engagement, and conversions. These programs will span various channels, including paid, email, socials, and content. Implement scalable workflows for the optimization of data management, accuracy, governance & cleanliness. As a member of the Marketing Leadership team you will serve as a voice of operational excellence and AI adoption within the marketing org. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide structured growth opportunities, training, and exposure to best practices which deepen your team's expertise.
