This role will be based in New York, Chicago or Bellevue (San Francisco Bay Area not preferred, but willing to consider).

The Director of Data & Analytics for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) GTM Ops will play a key role in defining the future-state business performance measurement and management of our Media businesses. This will be responsible for leading our Analytics Engineering, Advanced Analytics and Data Products & Operations teams that currently support LinkedIn Marketing Solutions with critical business metrics, analytics, and operations. This leader will be responsible for owning relationships with key partners in Data Science, Product, Engineering, Sales and GTM Ops Leaders, to define and align on our reporting and predictive insights priorities, considering critical business needs and the LinkedIn ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels and functions, including Executive Management, Data Science, Finance, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and Sales Operations leaders and colleagues.

Using strong communication skills, the Global Director will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions across all geographies, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope, and can perform in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The Global Director will also be responsible for building and developing a top-caliber operations team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain core GTM Data Foundations for Revenue and Mapping

Execute and enhance core GTM data processes

Gather requests and feedback to build core GTM analytics dashboards for the business and conduct various analytics to drive insights for the global business

Define and implement the future-state vision of the team in an AI driven world

Own critical relationships across Data Science, Product, and Engineering and be the “voice of” the business in key metrics, analytics, and analytic tool discussions

Own prioritization recommendations for predictive insights and reporting needs, recognizing business requirements, critical timelines, and tradeoffs

Prepare exec communications (e.g., bi-weekly exec updates, steer co materials, quarterly business reviews) in collaboration with cross-functional partners

Work with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to drive core process improvement, resulting in clear ROI and leverage for our global teams

Develop and set targets for measures of team success

Inspire excellence through example, coaching, developing and coaching others; foster a positive and values-driven team culture

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years work experience in data analytics

10+ years work in B2B - sales, operations, or finance

3+ years’ experience managing people leaders

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in advertising/media

Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau

Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management

Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments

Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making

The pay range for this role is $194,000 to $320,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
