Needham, MA / Remote (Daybreak Approved Remote Locations CA, WA, TX, NY) Salary Range: Needham, MA: $15.00 $17.00 per hour (based on experience) Approved Remote Locations: $14.00 $17.00 per hour (based on experience and location) About Our Studio Standing Stone Games is a gaming studio based in Needham, Massachusetts, staffed by people who have been passionately working on MMOs for decades. We develop and operate our two free?to?play MMOs: Dungeons & Dragons Online and Lord of the Rings Online. Responsibilities Hands?On reporting of bugs, balance issues, etc. Performing regression and functional testing Assisting in build approvals by completing smoke tests, test plans, and white glove testing Investigating bugs reported by players Work closely with developers and attend various meetings
What craft expertise you'll have Strong working knowledge of the MMO genre Highly motivated and self?directed, with a drive to perform well and take initiative on tasks Teamwork oriented Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Bonus craft expertise Prior experience playing Lord of the Rings Online Prior experience as a software Quality Assurance tester, preferably on an AAA title Experience with JIRA software
