Job Overview

Ensures world class customer service, matching our world class product offerings that together will cement Komatsu’s position as the partner of choice for customers around the world. Provide functional leadership for solutions deployment and support that results in high availability, rapid response, and ultimately high productivity of the Autonomous Solutions. Proactively implements systems, processes and controls that enable continual improvement of product and service. Provides exceptional people leadership, to identify, develop, retain and grow high performing talent that ensures long term success of the organization. The business results will be measured through system availability, customer satisfaction, high performing employee retention and growth in revenues and profitability. Travel Requirements

Up to 30%. Key Job Responsibilities

People leadership

- drive culture of care, accountability and customer service. Built on employee development and best practice people leadership. Autonomous systems product introduction , coordination of Global Deployments, and Global Support

and distributor enablement . Measure, report and improve customer service . - process and system improvement, innovative service offerings, structures or tools/products utilising PDCA or other improvement process. Provide advice , guidance and direction to the Executive team to ensure creation and execution of realistic financial and execution plans aligned with Company Strategic Initiatives and Business Goals. Work with partnership in the Komatsu group company to understand which services and processes result in meaningful adoption of product features and functionality, high customer satisfaction, and enthusiastic customer promoters. Identify synergies across the business, manage change across the organization and drive efficiency . Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant

customer service experience

in a systems or engineering discipline, ideally supporting production critical and/or safety critical systems. Degree in relevant field (Business, Engineering, Software etc.) that supports Director level strategic thinking. Minimum ten (10) years in a senior leadership role. Proven and

demonstrable leadership ability , leading large teams with diverse engineering backgrounds. A deep understanding of technology and change management to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Management accounting acumen including, but not limited to, P&L analysis. A resourceful thinker who is willing to challenge the status quo of the organization. An effective communicator, compelling leader, and strong collaborator. Preferred Skills

Knowledge and experience of management in P&L, management accounting. Broad knowledge of international business, including deep understanding of the surface and mining industry and related technologies. Mining production/safety systems experience. Diversity & Inclusion Commitment
