10+ years of senior operational leadership in live event production, AV integration, or a closely related industry Proven experience managing multi-location teams and national logistics Demonstrated success in scaling operations, acquisition integration, and process improvement Strong background in asset management, budgeting, cost control, and KPI-driven performance Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or technical degree is a plus Experience with inventory systems (e.g., Flex Rental Solutions) preferred Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide Why This Role Stands Out

The company is experiencing rapid national growth through acquisitions and strategic expansion. Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize all day-to-day operations across national locations: logistics, warehouses, technical teams, and field operations Oversee event execution, technical delivery, and show advancement to ensure consistency and excellence Develop and standardize scalable systems, policies, and operational processes to support rapid growth Drive financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and KPI management Lead and mentor senior operational leaders and multi-market teams Manage national asset strategy, including purchasing, allocation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking Collaborate with executive leadership on acquisitions, integration planning, and cultural alignment Champion technology adoption, innovation, and operational visibility Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on safety, communication, and execution What You’ll Gain
