Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate I to join their Industrials Investment Banking team. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with senior bankers and clients across a broad range of industrial sectors, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions and strategic advisory engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage execution of complex M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and other strategic advisory mandates across the industrials sector. Drive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments with a high degree of independence. Oversee preparation of client deliverables, including pitch books, management presentations, and board materials. Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment. Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the industrials space. Qualifications
3-4 years of investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to industrials or adjacent sectors. Proven track record of leading or contributing to live transactions. Strong academic credentials from a top-tier institution, with a focus in finance, economics, or related disciplines. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
