Litigation Associate , you\'ll be trusted with a broad range of
civil litigation
tasks, including drafting pleadings and motions, attending court hearings, managing discovery, and conducting depositions. The firm emphasizes professional development through direct mentorship and meaningful case responsibilities, making it an ideal environment for ambitious attorneys seeking a hands-on role. Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings Take and defend depositions Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case planning Qualifications
Prior litigation experience strongly Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar Excellent academic credentials Superior research, writing, and analytical skills Compensation and Benefits
