Job ID: 3018808 | Amazon.com Services LLC We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the development of core Foundational Models that enable the development of thousands of internal and external Generative AI Applications. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial product manager who is passionate about bringing the power of Generative AI to Amazon businesses and customers. You will be the voice of the customer, driving a product roadmap that enables Amazon to build the most powerful Foundation Models, advocating for customer needs throughout design, build, and launch, and measuring business impact through metrics and customer feedback. This position has a high level of visibility and requires clear and compelling communication at all levels of the company. You should be able to work fast, adapt, and iterate quickly. Key Responsibilities
Invent on behalf of customers and advocate for their needs throughout the product lifecycle (design, build, launch). Lead the development of core Foundational Models to enable Generative AI Applications across Amazon teams and AWS customers. Define and communicate product roadmaps, align stakeholders, and measure impact with deep dives into metrics and customer inputs. Work with cross-functional teams to drive timely delivery and scalable processes. Basic Qualifications
7+ years of technical product or program management experience 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams 5+ years of software development experience Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year to $275,300/year, with pay based on factors including location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
