ideal for someone who’s successfully managed a dealership BDC and is ready to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the BDC team to exceed appointment, sales, and service goals Oversee all inbound/outbound calls, internet leads, and CRM follow-up performance Implement effective scripts, processes, and lead management strategies Work closely with Sales and Service Managers to improve traffic, retention, and conversion rates Monitor key performance metrics and deliver regular reporting to senior management Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of dealership BDC or Internet Sales management experience Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Proven ability to improve processes and meet performance targets Excellent phone, CRM, and computer skills Energetic, organized, and customer-focused mindset We Offer:
