Conduct market research and develop dynamic territory plans to inform sales strategies Actively prospect into assigned territories to generate new leads through targeted campaigns Qualify and nurture leads, mapping key decision-makers and addressing objections Collaborate with the sales team to determine next steps for prospects and update CRM systems Achieve or exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while tracking lead progress Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience 3+ years of experience as a sales development representative with proven lead/sales quota achievement Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM system Excellent oral and written communication skills, with comfort in presenting to prospects Experience using prospecting applications like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Preferred Qualifications
