Yellowstone Club is a private residential community in Big Sky, Montana. The club offers members a private ski and golf experience with access to skiing, golf, and related outdoor activities. Yellowstone Club is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a seasonal role located in Big Sky, Montana (winter employment months are November through April). Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities: Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining service standards, product knowledge, and other components of guest service. Guarantee total guest satisfaction; display hospitality and professionalism at all times; represent Yellowstone Club professionally in all transactions with guests, ensuring legal and ethical handling. Understand and apply property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment for employees, Members, and guests; in emergencies, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately. Maintain favorable working relationships with all company employees to foster a positive work environment. Address issues raised by current employees and new hires Organize and schedule orientation for new employees Perform clerical functions such as photocopying and faxing documents File papers and documents into appropriate employee files Prepare bus and property/parking access passes Overall responsibility of the Ski Pass Program Assist or prepare correspondence; process external and inter-office mail Take ownership of the employee communication system Club-wide; keep it current, relevant and timely Other Duties and Responsibilities: Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner per Club policies, procedures, and service standards Meet departmental productivity, organization and consistency standards Maintain a positive and respectful attitude Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect Maintain privacy of Members Maintain a clean and neat appearance Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors Perform work in a safe and high quality manner Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests Coordinate seasonal activities such as blood drives and Flu Shot Clinics Order office supplies and maintain office cleanliness and organization Maintain the RFID card system, create employee key cards, and order key cards Maintain the driver’s license master list of drivers for all departments; must be complete and ready for insurance purposes each July Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; long hours may be required Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties as needed Experience/Education Required Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, and/or equivalent experience. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook. Experience/Education Preferred Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Hiring Process Certificates & Licenses Valid Driver’s License Computer Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Language Ability Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and Yellowstone Club departments; able to write clearly and legibly Math Ability Able to perform basic math calculations Reasoning Ability Ability to solve basic problems or know when it is necessary to seek manager assistance Work Environment Work is typically in a climate-controlled environment; reasonable accommodations may be made. Some outdoor work may be required due to business demands. Physical Demands Occasionally able to walk and lift up to 20 pounds. Frequent use of hands/arms, speaking and hearing. May require long periods of sitting and computer use.
