Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Oversee daily operations including
receiving, shipping, cycle counting, restocking, binning , and general inventory management. Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, condition, and compliance with company standards. Perform hands-on warehouse tasks as needed to support team performance and meet operational goals. Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space and workflow. Train, coach, and mentor team members on warehouse procedures, equipment use, and safety practices. Perform and reconcile regular
cycle counts
to maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to resolve inventory or order discrepancies. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Enforce compliance with all safety, quality, and operational policies. Track and report daily activities, productivity, and performance metrics to management. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations. 1–2 years of experience in a leadership, lead, or supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and restocking. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office tools. Fluent in English , with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically active environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Lean Warehousing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Forklift certification and familiarity with RF scanners.
