We are independently owned and operate with a client-first philosophy, focusing on objective, comprehensive retirement planning. Your Role & Impact
Convert: Serve as the lead advisor on firm-generated appointments, diagnosing needs, presenting solutions, and closing new business. Advise: Design and implement comprehensive retirement plans using a suite of solutions including fee-based managed portfolios, fixed indexed annuities, and life insurance. Execute: Manage client onboarding, asset transfers, and paperwork with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition. Command: Master a consultative sales process that prioritizes client outcomes and trust, resulting in consistent conversion of qualified opportunities. Grow: Maintain a robust client pipeline using our CRM to drive predictable, high-performance results and income potential. Required Qualifications
Licenses: Active Series 65 (or equivalent IAR) and a Texas Life Insurance License. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing financial advisory or consultative sales role. Track Record: Verifiable history of converting prospects into clients and closing business. Expertise: Strong knowledge of retirement income planning concepts, including investment strategies, annuities, and risk management. Preferred Experience
Direct experience advising mass affluent clients ($500K–$5M in assets). Deep product knowledge in fee-based AUM platforms and fixed indexed annuities. CFP, ChFC, or other advanced financial planning designations. Experience in independent or hybrid advisory firms. To Apply
