Responsible for effectively booking and selling all Caesars Entertainment offerings including but not limited to shows and attractions along with food and beverage, and function planning services of all venues to maximize revenues and profits. Establishes new accounts, generates revenues, monitors sales, and books repeat business while keeping quality consistently high. Serves as a liaison between the customer and venue. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing volume ticket sales from targeted constituencies. Solicit and monitor leads for Group Sales based on sales and attendance goals set with Senior Director of Ticketing Meet or exceed goals for new and returning group sales contracts Assist Senior Director in the formulation and implementation of proactive Group Sales marketing campaigns Maintain database and track Group Sales leads, inquiries, lost business, sales revenue, and provide ongoing status reports to Senior Director. Coordinate and process all phases of group contracts; book orders, secure deposits and payments for group ticket sales, group tours, and VIP tour reservations through Archtics ticketing system Coordinate with Visitor Services staff to schedule and confirm Group Sales reservations. Follow up with group sales customers to determine satisfaction. Work with internal and external sales teams on sales tools needed Develop annual sales plans for venues and present to stakeholders. Lead/Manager Group Coordinators focused on group business to assist them in achieving their goals. Maintain pricing integrity with Producers/Venues. Interact with outside planners and vendors for special events; meet and greet in-house guests upon arrival, review the course of events and introduce other staff members Maintain current information on booking trends to produce forecast figures and month-end actual reports for Senior Director of Sales. Prepare and submit required reports to Senior Director of Ticketing in a timely manner. Manage revenue budget for owned entities. Reconfirms negotiated items, ticket rates; monitors group blocks. Develop with Senior Director of Sales goals for sales channel. Follows up with representative on all booked business to be sure appropriate parties are in receipt of contracts, signed events orders. Maintains an awareness of department and company's goals in the areas of customer service, revenue expectations, and employee relations. Education

Four-year college degree in business, hospitality or food & beverage administration and 2 or more year of related experience Experience

At least 3 years of progressive sales experience in a hotel, entertainment, attractions or a related field. Must be proficient in Windows programs and Microsoft office, word processing and spread sheets. Abilities

Literate and fluent in English; able to convey information and ideas clearly; above average communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks; good organizational skills. Ability to work well in stressful, high pressure situations. Ability to walk/stand for eight hours. Ability to work flexible schedule based on needs; long hours sometimes required. Ability to effectively handle problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary. Ability to effectively listen to, understand, clarify and resolve concerns and issued raised by co-workers and guests. Ability to lead. Professional appearance and demeanor. Accountability for guest satisfaction Ability to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions. About us
