BDC Sales Manager Ahigh-volume and rapidly growing luxury pre-owned automotive group, is seeking an experienced and motivated BDC Sales Manager to lead their centralized Business Development Center, supporting their 3 rooftops. This key leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, lead management, and customer engagement across our retail operations. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC Sales Representatives focused on inbound and outbound lead management, appointment setting, and sales conversions. Oversee daily BDC operations, ensuring consistent execution of processes for lead handling, follow-up, and customer relationship management. Achieve key performance goals including contact-to-appointment conversion, appointment show rate, and sales closing ratios. Collaborate closely with the sales management team to align BDC initiatives with dealership sales objectives and marketing campaigns. Implement effective lead distribution, CRM utilization, and communication strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Monitor BDC performance metrics and analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement and team development. Develop scripts, workflows, and training programs to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. Partner with marketing to support online lead generation, special campaigns, and digital retailing initiatives. Maintain a positive, high-energy team culture that emphasizes accountability, customer satisfaction, and results. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting within the CRM/DMS systems. Qualifications

3–5 years of experience managing a Sales BDC or Internet Sales Department in an automotive dealership (required). Proven success leading a team in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills with the ability to develop and retain top performers. Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into action. Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or equivalent). Experience with high-end or luxury brands preferred
