Responsibilities
Manage the full end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash business cycle.
Own the ordering, fulfillment and invoice processes, including all EDI or manual entries of order data, shipment data and carrier delivery data.
Ensure timely release of invoices for billing.
Resolve all conflicts with orders, including quantity discrepancies, quality lot information for traceability and pricing issues.
Serve as the interface between the customer, supply chain and sales on order fulfillment and service‑related matters, providing support tasks and accurate order processing & fulfillment for an assigned account base.
Offer solutions to assigned customer accounts based on specific customer initiatives.
Ensure processes and procedures are in place and executed for ERP maintenance, error reports review/action, and audit of customer pricing expectations.
Proactively communicate to buyers about daily late deliveries, product cuts and order changes.
Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to resolve issues and communicate to appropriate parties.
Support customer and sales teams with issue resolution.
Analyze existing order fulfillment processes for efficiency improvement opportunities.
Monitor customer replenishment scorecard and collaborate to drive improvement.
Ensure accurate and on‑time delivery performance as measured by Lactalis and customer‑defined metrics.
Coordinate day‑to‑day issue resolution of out‑of‑stocks, warehouse issues, carrier issues or customer order changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of supply‑chain experience in a customer‑service environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and outside the organization with customers and service providers.
Demonstrated strengths in critical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Consumer packaged goods experience is preferred.
Salary:
$75,000 – $85,000
