Base pay range $25.00/hr - $29.00/hr
We're seeking an experienced
construction project coordinator
to join a well-established organization recognized for its stability, strong leadership, and collaborative team culture.
This role is ideal for someone with several years of project coordination experience who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and values working for a company that invests in its people. Our client is looking to hire quickly and onboard someone before the holiday season!
This is 100% in office, Monday - Friday with no flexibility for remote / hybrid. No relocation package offered.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and Superintendents across multiple active projects
Prepare, process, and track purchase orders, invoices, and change orders
Assist with permitting, timecard tracking, and general project documentation
Create, submit, and monitor RFIs and RFPs within Procore
Maintain and distribute submittals, drawings, and plan revisions through Procore and shared drives
Ensure subcontractor and vendor compliance (insurance verification, releases, and documentation)
Organize digital files, maintain project logs, and assist with closeout and archiving
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel to keep projects on schedule
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of administrative or project coordination experience within construction or a closely related industry (engineering, architecture, or real estate development)
Proficiency in Procore or similar construction/project management platforms
Knowledge of permitting processes, timecard administration, and RFP/RFI coordination
Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational ability
Reliable, punctual, and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
